How it Works
- One of our recruitment specialists will interview you to get an understanding of your business, what your needs are and who your ideal candidate is.
- We'll then get to work visiting colleges, job centres and recruitment centres. We'll analyse our current jobseekers, look through job boards and post listings on the internet.
- When we have a number of candidates we will then whittle these down though testing and interviews.
- We'll then send the best and most qualified candidates to you, and continue this process until you find the candidate you think is a right fit.
